Step and Toning: A great cardiovascular workout that allows gravity to provide extra resistance with a step platform…with a little toning tossed in to top off your workout.

DANCE:  Fun and intense!  Zumba and Hip-Hop inspired moves, guaranteed to make you sweat!

Extreme:  Intense workout instructed by a personal trainer using a variety of equipment to include kettle bells and heavy weights.

Toning:  A class designed to provide full body toning and improve your body’s ability to burn fat.  Balls, bands, and light weights will be used.

Interval Aerobics w/Toning:  One class that gets it all by combining step, floor aerobics and toning.  A great way to improve cardio endurance and build muscle.

BUTI Yoga:   Buti Yoga workouts transform your BODY + SOUL with cardio-intensive bursts of tribal dance, primal movement and conditioning woven into a dynamic yoga.

Zumba: An exciting, easy-to-follow dance-based fitness system designed for everyone! This workout fuses Latin rythms with international music themes and combined the principles of internal and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning, Zumba is not just for dancers or the fit.

Spinning: A great way to build cardio endurance through interval training on a stationary bike. Come try it! It’s easy to modify this one to fit your endurance level.
