  Have you noticed the groups of free runners jumping off steps and bouncing about parks and city streets? Maybe you noticed the latest television commercial showing a new fitness called Extreme? Side holds off lamp posts, back tucks off stair tops, and climbing buildings are some of the more intense tricks you might see shown in the commercial. But you can take this sport to a park and have some fun with it, even if you’re not an Extreme expert! The basic idea is to keep moving and not stopping for thirty to forty minutes per workout. Our workouts are taught by the fitness experts and personal trainers. Our fitness equipment is top of the line and will fulfill all your exercising needs.
